Laksh IT does not operate an independent placement cell. Instead, every CSR program we deliver comes with placement support that is funded and structured by the corporate partner behind that program — Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Oracle, and others.
Placement Is Part of the CSR Program
Each CSR program is designed end-to-end by the corporate partner — training content, certification, and placement support are all part of the same funded program. Laksh IT delivers the program as the official training partner.
Minimum 3 Hiring Companies Per Program
Every CSR program includes a minimum of 3 companies that are actively hiring graduates of that program. These are companies aligned to the program's domain — BFSI, IT services, digital marketing, networking, or CRM.
3+ In-Person Interview Rounds
As part of the program's placement support, every student goes through a minimum of 3 in-person mock interview rounds — face-to-face sessions covering technical skills, aptitude, and HR — before their actual company interviews.
